To join the restaurant's online waitlist through OpenTable, you must use the mobile app and search for a reservation within 90 minutes of the current time. The option will only appear if we are currently accepting walk-ins and have no available reservations for that immediate time slot. We prefer you join the waitlist through the app to minimize phone traffic. Of course, if you prefer, call us instead.
How to join the waitlist on the OpenTable app
Open the app and search for Chambers.
Select your party size and a time slot within the next 90 minutes. If no reservations are available, a "Join Waitlist" button will appear along with the current number of waiting parties. It will appear below “View full availability” and “Other restaurants you might like.”
Tap the "Join Waitlist" button.
Confirm your details and add any special requests or notes. It is helpful for us to know what time you were aiming for.
Enter or confirm your phone number and submit your request.
What to expect after joining
Confirmation: You will receive an in-app confirmation and a text message confirming your spot on the waitlist. If you do not receive a text message, go to your Account Settings > Communications and enable Waitlist Updates.
Place in line: You can view your real-time place in line within the OpenTable app, but do not pay too much attention to this.
First in line does not mean there is no wait. Please wait for us to text you.
The place in line does not take into account party size (ex. you might be 3rd in line, but the 1st party of 4).
Some people in line ahead of you might be looking for later on.
And (sadly) sometimes people jump off the list when it’s their turn.
Waiting from anywhere: You can wait for your table remotely, and the restaurant will notify you via text when your table is almost ready. Text “1” in reply to let us know you are on your way.
If we text you and you are mid-drink, no need to chug it. As long as you text “1” to let us know you are on your way, we will wait for you. Relax, finish your drink, and then head over. Please note, we stop seating for dinner at 9:30pm.
We will text you up to three times to let your know we are almost ready. If we do not receive a response within 15 minutes of the first text, we will move on to the next party.
No estimated wait times: We are pretty good at estimating wait times. However, wait times can be much shorter than expected if 1) someone skips dessert; 2) someone ahead of you jumps off the wait list; 3) someone fails to show up for a reservation.
